Ogólnie wszystko dobrze podczas odbioru auta, samochód w bardzo dobrym stanie. Wynajem na niecałą dobę. Negatywna niespodzianka po zdaniu auta, pobrano kaucje za czyszczenie samochodu. Auto oddane czyste w środku a karoseria w takim samym stanie jak przy odbiorze.

There was a problem with the car while I was using your company car. So I want compensation. 1st. you guys gave me a car other than the one I reserved. I reserved KIA Sportage but you gave a PUGEOT 3008 2nd. You have provided a car that hasn't been charged with Adblue. Please find attachment image file. This is the picture I took when I rented it. At the time, the staff told me to ignore the warning light. But The car stopped during my trip, there was a problem with my itinerary. Fortunately, PUGEOT assistance solved this problem. I filled your car with insufficient Adblue, which caused an additional cost. So I'm asking for compensation for my time and lump sum costs incurred in the above problems. Please answer the compensation method by my email.

As always, when I come to pick up the car nobody is in the office:( So i need to call for someone to come, wait on the street for the person to arrive, and wait some more for this person to open the office, to start pc, find keys and etc. The car I was give was not petrol, but diesel! And I was the first one to point it out, let alone notified by someone about it in advance. When I asked why is that, they said they don't guarantee that.. The advertisement however states the exact model is not guaranteed. but car class and fuel is! There was a similar petrol car in the parking lot. However, I was told no petrol alternatives are available. And this may be true, but I really want to know about it in advance, and not to point it myself on the spot and take what I didn't order or cancel my trip fully. It was not disgustingly dirty, but also it was not clean either. There was some paper trash in a cup-holder, and there were crumbs on the backseat, which to me re not crucial, but really show negligence! Overall it was subpart experience:(
