Wynająłem E klasę, dostałem Q5 quattro. Wszystko w porządku, auto czyste i w bardzo dobrym stanie. Obsługa bardzo miła. Zwrot auta był przydługawy.

Szybka dostepnosc zdecydowanie na plus. Minusy; wysoka cena i niemiły stosunek do klienta pana odbierajacego samochód.

With reference to the above, I received confirmation for the following vehicle on the 13th July Toyota Rav4 (suv, benzyna) lub podobny I was told a day before that this would not be available but I was offered a lexus e300, this is not a suv, it is not what I asked for over three weeks ago. On speaking to the agent at rentcars, she told me that it would be OK. This attitude suprised and disappointed me , if i wanted a sedan I would have asked for one. Basically I was not provided with what I wanted, for the past three years I have rented out a SUV, this is what I expected this time. I will no longer be using the services of this company again, please note they are a broker and they have not fulfilled the requirements of their contractual obligations. Never again.
