With reference to the above, I received confirmation for the following vehicle on the 13th July Toyota Rav4 (suv, benzyna) lub podobny I was told a day before that this would not be available but I was offered a lexus e300, this is not a suv, it is not what I asked for over three weeks ago. On speaking to the agent at rentcars, she told me that it would be OK. This attitude suprised and disappointed me , if i wanted a sedan I would have asked for one. Basically I was not provided with what I wanted, for the past three years I have rented out a SUV, this is what I expected this time. I will no longer be using the services of this company again, please note they are a broker and they have not fulfilled the requirements of their contractual obligations. Never again.

Jest to już kolejny raz kiedy wynajmiemy samochód przez tą firmę. Wszystko było super, polecam! Panowie podstawili nam samochód pod nasz Airbnb, był czysty i sprawny, bardzo fajnie się nim jeździło. Po odprowadzeniu samochodu, miły Pan podwiózł nas na lotnisko, pod wejście. Bardzo nam to pomogło, z naszymi walizkami. Wynajmujemy tylko tutaj!

Rezerwacja przebiegła bez zarzutu , cena także była w porządku ale jeśli chodzi o obsługę klienta po usterce auta a także wymiana na inne to zostawiam bez komentarza

Dostałem auto w innej klasie, zamiast terenowy suv, miejski crossover na wyjazd do chorwacji. Ledwo można bylo sie pomieścić. W dodatku brak dokumentów na podróż za granice. Po 8 telefonach dostałem tylko scan dowodu. Podwójna kaucja ktorej nie odzyskałem do teraz
