I booked a car for the next day online and quick confirmation was received without any additional communication. The car was delivered in front of my hotel and the process was extremely easy, fast and correct. The check-out procedure was the same. No additional insurances, no hidden injures and other "surprises", which are typical for many other rent-a-car companies. Finally, the initial deposit was released on the next day. Thank you, guys!
