The administrator is a personal data controller as defined in the Act of 29.08.1997 on Personal Data Protection (Dz. U. 2002. 101.926). This Privacy Policy concerns every service that is provided by the Administrator.The Administrator executes procedures that prevent incorrect or unauthorized disclosure of personal data.The Administrator has implemented and enforces appropriate procedures and security measures assuringtechnical and physical restrictions to access the personal data of users.The access is available only to the Administrator and authorized employees for the purpose of providing and improving our services.
We collect the following personal information:

- booking preferences,
- and other data necessary to process and confirm a booking.
The Administrator is also able to process a users' PC data, such as IP address, type of search engine used and (in case of mobile devices) Unique Identification Number, operational system, application version, and GPS coordinates only for the purposes described in this Document.
Collected data is transferred by the Administrator to the Lessor for order processing and finalizing the contract.The Administrator transfers personal data to a third-party only after receiving a permission from the involved persons.
The Administrator transfers or discloses personal data to instrumentalities of government or investigative authorities, if it is necessary and required by the regulations of law, according to the Act on Personal Data Protection.
Every client has a right to access his personal data at any time.

The Administrator has a right to change the means of collecting, transferring and processing personal data and other information on his own discretion, but only for the purposes of providing services.In that case, an announcement should be made by the Administrator, and placed at www.rentcars.pl. It should contain description of any modifications that have been made.
The Administrator processes personal data for the purposes of:
- processing booking orders from clients,
- sending information, newsletters and other data according to the Terms of Use.
Registered brand names, trademarks and other markings identifying the particular entity, names of owners, texts and images that are copyrighted, in principle, are not displayed at www.rentcars.pl with an appropriate annotation about its' protection.The lack of annotations does not mean that these markings and data are for public use in terms of regulations of law concerning brand names and proprietary copyrights.
The Administrator has a right to outsource, i.e. data administrators.In that case the outsourced company is considered as a third-party and must comply with both Administrator guidelines and regulations of the Act on Personal Data Protection.
