What is the minimum age of the driver to rent a car?

The driver must be at least 21 years old. Moreover, the driver must be the owner of the driving license for over 1 year.

Do I need to pay a deposit to rent a car?

Yes, it is required to pay a deposit for renting a car - which is fully given back after successful service. However you can lower the deposit to the amount 1 zl. To do that, during the reservation process you have to choose the “full protection” option. This option covers full insurance which lowers your own contribution in case of any accident to 0.
If you decide to choose basic protection, the deposit for Toyota Aygo, Toyota Yaris or Ford Focus is 500,00 zł.
The deposit for renting Renault Megane kombi, Hyundai i30 kombi equals 1000,00 zł.
The deposit for renting a Toyota Corolla or Renault Kadjar is 1500,00 zł total.

What documents do I have to provide to rent a car?

To rent a car you need to provide a driving license which is respected in Poland, valid ID card or passport and debit or credit card (it depends on the type of car you want to rent).

Will I get a fully fueled car?

Usually the car is fully fueled. But it may happen that our employees don’t have enough time to fuel it up fully. In each case, our client has to return the car with the same level of the fuel that has been given. That said, for example if you get the car with a 75% fueled car, you need to return the car with 75% of the gasoline level.

Can I rent the car in the airport?

Yes, it is possible. We provide car rental services in all airports in Poland. Usually our offices are located nearby the terminal.

What is the cost of renting a car in RentCars?

The cost of renting a car depends on the class of the vehicle, location and the length of rental. We highly recommend you to use a search engine on our website, which will calculate the total cost of rental. You can also contact our customer service center - our employee will make an offer for you.

What is the cost of bringing the car for the chosen address?

If you want to pick up the car in the airport, it is free of charge. However, if you want to pick up the car at a different address within the city where we have our office, the cost is approximately 50,00 zł.

What kind of insurance does the rented car have?

Our cars have the full insurance OC/NNW/AC/ASS.

Is the mileage limited?

No, our cars are no-mileage limited. That said, you can drive freely how far you want to (within the Polish territory. If you want to travel to another country, you have to buy a special allowance, which price depends on the destination.) In case of long-term car rental (longer than 1 month), the mileage limit is settled individually.

What is the procedure of picking up the car?

During the car pick-up, the customer is asked to provide all the necessary documents needed to sign up the contract. If the customer hasn't paid for the booking online, it is also the time for paying for the rental. After signing up the contract, the customer is informed about everything connected with the car rental. After that, the customer can freely hit the road with a rented car.
