The car was handed over almost one hour late and the delay was not even announced until I called the company.
When dropping off the car on a Saturday at 16.30 at Wroclaw airport, no one was there. However, on Sunday I was informed that the interior of the car was "dirty" and I was charged a fee. The only thing dirty was the mat under the pedals on the driver side, which is normal given the rainy weather and has never been charged by any car rental company before. My complaint has never been answered.
