36 hours before pick-up, I called to make sure all is ok, they said that they don't have a car even though I had reserved a car 4 months before. They didn't even bother to let me know, I called them.

Alles hat geklappt. Es gab keine Probleme bei der Uebergabe/Abnahme und das Auto war in sehr gutem Zustand.

Not professional customer service , no comment! Car was not as should be! Deposit only cash -ridiculous! Not recommended!
