I have rented bmw 5 series or similar and received brand new 5 series. Very happy with the car quality and price was the best out there on the market. Got my full deposit back. Service agent was 15 minute late but it was out of hours request so understandable. Would recommend

As always, when I come to pick up the car nobody is in the office:( So i need to call for someone to come, wait on the street for the person to arrive, and wait some more for this person to open the office, to start pc, find keys and etc. The car I was give was not petrol, but diesel! And I was the first one to point it out, let alone notified by someone about it in advance. When I asked why is that, they said they don't guarantee that.. The advertisement however states the exact model is not guaranteed. but car class and fuel is! There was a similar petrol car in the parking lot. However, I was told no petrol alternatives are available. And this may be true, but I really want to know about it in advance, and not to point it myself on the spot and take what I didn't order or cancel my trip fully. It was not disgustingly dirty, but also it was not clean either. There was some paper trash in a cup-holder, and there were crumbs on the backseat, which to me re not crucial, but really show negligence! Overall it was subpart experience:(

It was OK but There is no chance you will get a car you booking. I was asking about BMW 5 and I tell them it is really important to me get this model of the car. "Yes we will do our best to give you this car" Hi.. There you go...Volvo XC 60

Po wylądowaniu w Poznaniu nie zastałem nikogo wpunkcie car net. Numer telefonu który dostałem do kontaktu nikt nie odbierał. Dopiero po telefonie na infolinię car net zostałem poinformowany ze nie mają dla mnie auta bo klient nie oddał na czas. Kazali mi czekać na lotnisku 1,5h z dwójką dzieci w nocy zanim znajdzie się auto.
