The price was fine but I got a bigger car than I asked for, which was harder for street parking. Additionally, there was no warning to me that I would have to call the service person to meet me in the parking lot of szczecin airport. Coming from Canada I had no phone available to make that call. Dropping off the car in warsaw also was not the easiest task and it was confusing. I ran into one of your employees in the underground parking lot and as I asked the question he laughed, ignored me, and walked away with another client picking up a car. Very rude to say the least.

Samochód wypożyczony Toyota Yaris. Bardzo dobry stan. Wszystko przebiegło sprawnie i bez problemów.

Ogólnie jestem zadowolona. Obsługa Kraków, Katowice wszystko ok. Do Rzeszowa się dodzwonić graniczy z cudem. Mały minus za to. Jeśli chodzi o Samochód wszystko było w porządku.
