Pick-up and Return
Vehicle issued with a full tank, clean, and in working order.
Return at the agreed location, on the date and time specified in the reservation, in the same condition (clean, with a full tank, without new damage).
Late return: 200% of the gross rate for each commenced hour.
Lack of fuel or dirty vehicle: cost of fuel + 50 PLN + VAT or cleaning fee of 200 PLN.
Charges
Rental fee for each commenced day according to the rate in the contract (payable in advance).
Mileage limit: 200 km/day. Each kilometer over the limit: according to the price list, depending on the vehicle.
Excess in case of damage: according to the price list, depending on the vehicle.
Additional services: according to the price list.
Deposit: according to the contract.
Renter’s Responsibility
The renter is liable for all damages not covered by third-party liability insurance, including those resulting from driving under the influence of alcohol/drugs, without a valid license, due to gross violations of traffic regulations, or misuse of the vehicle.
Prohibited: smoking, transporting animals without permission, participating in races/tests, leaving the country without permission, handing the vehicle over to third parties.
Penalty for violating prohibitions: up to 50,000 PLN (depending on the type of violation).
Operation
The renter bears the costs of fuel, fines, parking fees, and road tolls.
The renter must take care of the vehicle and report any breakdowns/accidents immediately.
In case of an accident: notify the lessor, obtain a statement from the at-fault party (if applicable), and inform the police.
Termination of Agreement
The lessor may terminate the agreement immediately in case of breach of terms (without refund of unused rental fees).
Extension of rental only with the lessor’s consent and upon advance payment.
Personal Data (GDPR)
Data is processed solely for the performance of the contract and may be shared with authorities in the case of violations or road tolls.
