The car must come at 11:00 was at 12:00 , the car was delivered dirty, no seat for the child, we must drive to Katowice to take the seat, lost 1 hr , lost 30 min in the parking untill we make the papers and we discovered that the child seat was missing. Smelling cigarettes inside. When we bring the car back, to the aeroport they was written to us that we must park to P2 parking , the rent was to bring back to the Terminal A , Katowice aeroport, not parking spot!. I lost more then 30 min , searching for them parking then walking with the child to the Aeroport. I dont recommend this company!

Customer Service and punctuality was the best but didnt end up receiving the car I had booked and pre paid months in advance. Denied the alternative car so ended up paying bit more for a different class group car.
