I would not rent again! Poor and amateur customer service, 45 minutes late to the reservation, forgot child seat, that was not suitable for my little daughter. Car was dirty inside and outside, and tank was only 30% full which barely got me home. I asked for bmw x3 a day before which they said they will provide, however next morning they said they had a mixup and only have 3 year old X4 standard model. Would not recommend to a friend
