I requested a Mercedes C-Class or similar because I needed a sedan for a wedding. I received a Q3 SUV, which isn't in the same category, for the same price. When I complained, they said it was the only car available. I'm currently contacting customer service for a partial refund and am still waiting. The car's Bluetooth, CarPlay, and Android Auto didn't work. What more can I say?
