Obsluga i wynajem auta byl na wysokim poziomie i mam zamiar kontynuowac wspolprace w przyszlosci z wami , jestem zadowolony z auta oraz podejscia pracownika przy zwrocie jak i odbiorze auta .

Generalnie OK, niemniej jednak WIELKI MINUS za zwloke w zwrocie kaucji, regulamin przewiduje zwrot kucji do 14dni roboczych to fakt, ale jaki jest powod przetrzymywania kaucji? kaucja powinna byc zwracana niezwlocznie po zwrocie auta oraz nie stwierdzeniu zadnych defektow samochodu, a nie trzymanie kaucji mozliwie jak najdluzej.

Easy booking / collection process. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. The car was in perfect condition and very easy to drive. Great value for money, I would recommend this company to everyone.

I've received a vehicle with a lower than the minimum engine oil level. After a few days, the vehicle started giving me 'low engine oil level' warnings. I couldn't continue to drive in such vehicle conditions. I should've bought the engine oil suitable for the Skoda engine. The 1L engine oil was 49.50 euro. I've tried to resolve this issue with the customer service assistance and get the the refund for the engine oil purchase. It was not helpful. I was told to contact to the Go Rental Cars company. They never respond. If want to rent the car be aware that you will not get any support from the Rentcars.pl in case of any issue
