First time booking and I received a car that was not what I had booked. Instead of a Skoda Karoq I received a 2013-2015 model BMW X2 with a lot of damages, no google car play and not worth the money to be honest. I at least would like to be notified next time.

Nie zostalo podatawione auto zgodne z zamowieniem.

Wszystko OK. Obsługa klienta bdb. Samochód nowy, ale nie w tej klasie jaki był zarezerwowany (Dacia Jogger nie jest SUVem).

Bit disappointed with this rental. First was waiting for an hour to pick up the car. When arrived it turned out it had and accident and it's damaged. Been told is still ok to drive and is all recorded. Wasn't sure if should take it but didn't want to wait couple of hours for a replacement. It also arrived quite dirty inside, so returned the same . Staff very friendly and tried to apologise for it over a phone.
