I had to wait 40 minutes fot the car (after my appointment time). Car itself was brand new and just what I ordered. If not of the customer service on the ground (very rude) the experience would be great.

Nigdy wiecej in Kazer rental, zostalem policzony za po godzinach zwrot i pobor samochodu kiedy pobranie mialo mijsce w Niedziele 13 i oddanie Sobota 11. Dostalem inny samochod i zadano od de mnie kaucje 4000 zl nie jak uzgodiono 2000 zl. co zmusilo mnie do dodatkowej oplaty 60 zl / dziennie.
Obsluga klijent to czyste amatorstwo trwajace 5 razy za dlugo....
