The Lessee or Driver must be at least 23 years old.
The Driver must hold a category B driving license for at least 36 months.

For business entities additionally:

the person signing the agreement must be the owner personally or an employee with written authorization, or a representative of a legal entity authorized by appropriate documentation
If the rented vehicle is to be driven by a person other than the one signing the Rental Agreement, the Lessee must inform the Lessor before signing the agreement. The Lessee is responsible for the actions or omissions of such a person as for their own actions.
If the Lessee intends to cross the borders of the Republic of Poland with the rented vehicle, this fact must be included in the Rental Agreement.
A person other than the Lessee may use the Vehicle if indicated by the Lessee. In such case, before signing the Rental Agreement, the Lessee must provide the Driver’s personal data: first name, surname, and address of residence. The Driver must present an ID card or passport and a driving license.
III. PAYMENTPrices stated in the Rental Agreement are based on the current price list available on www.rentcars.pl and are gross prices.
All prices are expressed in Polish currency (PLN).
The Lessee may choose the form of payment:

Cash
-
Bank transfer
-
Payment card
The Lessor declares that the rented vehicle has valid mandatory insurance.
If the Lessee intends to cross the national border with the Vehicle, an additional fee must be paid. Information regarding permission to travel abroad will be included in the Rental Agreement.
RENTAL PERIODThe rental period is specified each time in the Rental Agreement.
The agreement may be extended only with prior consent of the Lessor, provided the Lessee submits a request no later than two rental days before the expiry of the agreement. If the Lessor agrees, the agreement shall be extended for a period specified by the Parties, and the Lessee shall pay the rental fee for each commenced rental day.
Failure to make timely payments constitutes grounds for immediate termination of the agreement.
If the rental period is extended without prior consent of the Lessor, the Lessee shall pay:

the rental fee for each commenced rental day,
-
a contractual penalty of PLN 250, and
-
the deposit shall be forfeited / contractual penalty of PLN 1500 applies if no deposit was paid.
If the Lessor suffers damage due to unauthorized extension of the rental period, the Lessee shall compensate the damage in full.
On the return day, the Lessee shall pay any additional rental charges and other costs resulting from the use of the Vehicle.
Daily mileage limits are specified on the website. The daily limit is multiplied by the number of rental days. Exceeding the limit results in an additional charge of PLN 0.40 per kilometer. The odometer reading recorded in the Rental Agreement constitutes the basis for calculating mileage.
HANDOVER AND RETURN OF THE VEHICLEThe Lessee selects the vehicle type and model during the reservation process. Detailed specifications are included in the Rental Agreement. The Lessor may substitute a similar vehicle maintaining the same class, body type, and fuel type.
The Vehicle is handed over clean, with a full tank, fully operational, and suitable for agreed use.
The Parties record the mileage and fuel level at handover.
The Vehicle is returned by handing over the keys to the Lessor or their employee.
The Lessee must return the Vehicle clean and with a full tank unless otherwise agreed.
If the Vehicle is not returned clean, the Lessee shall be charged PLN 50 gross for washing and cleaning.
If the fuel level differs from that recorded at handover, the Lessee shall pay PLN 12 gross per liter of missing fuel.
Vehicles may be equipped with GPS tracking, monitoring, and immobilization systems. The data is protected by the administrator.
Failure to return the Vehicle on time will result in initiation of criminal proceedings for unlawful appropriation.
DAMAGE, LOSS, THEFT, BREAKDOWNIn the event of a collision caused by the Lessee, the deposit will be retained.
If a third party is at fault, the Lessee will not bear costs provided that:

the Lessor is immediately informed
-
the Police are called and prepare official documentation
Failure to comply results in unlimited liability.
In case of theft, the Lessee will not be charged if they return all keys and documents. Otherwise, unlimited liability applies.
The Lessee is responsible for offenses committed during the rental period related to vehicle use.
In case of breakdown not caused by the Lessee, the Lessor will provide a replacement vehicle if possible. If waiting exceeds 12 hours, no rental fee is charged for that period.
OBLIGATIONS OF THE LESSEEThe Lessee must:

use the Vehicle in accordance with the agreement
-
comply with traffic laws
-
not drive under the influence of alcohol or drugs
-
maintain fluid levels and tire pressure
-
use proper fuel
Smoking in the Vehicle is prohibited.
The Lessee may not:
-
transport animals
-
tow vehicles or trailers
-
use the Vehicle for paid transport
-
sublease or lend the Vehicle
The Lessee shall be charged:
-
PLN 300 – unauthorized driver
-
PLN 1000 – lost keys
-
PLN 250 – lost registration certificate
-
PLN 250 – lost license plate
-
PLN 100 per day – downtime due to missing documents
-
PLN 300 – smoking in vehicle
-
PLN 1000 – unauthorized modifications
-
PLN 500 – towing vehicles
-
PLN 500 – crossing border without consent
-
PLN 300 – interior contamination requiring upholstery cleaning
-
PLN 1500 – unauthorized extension
-
PLN 100 – providing driver data to authorities
-
PLN 2000 – being at fault in collision
Unlimited liability applies in case of hit-and-run.
Incorrect fueling requires full damage compensation.
REPLACEMENT VEHICLEProvided only if the breakdown is not caused by the Lessee.
Not provided in case of:
-
lost keys
-
damage caused by Lessee
Personal data is processed solely for rental purposes in accordance with Polish data protection law.
