The company KaizenRent are crooks. We were 2 families and we rented 2 different cars. For both rentals, they insisted that we purchase full insurance as an extra which we did. The cars were OK and we did not have any issue during our rental period but after we dropped off our cars in the car return lot and left the keys in the after hours key return box we received a sms message from the company that we had to accept new damage that was made to the car. The same message was sent to the second family for the second car. I have tried to call them at least 10-15 times and I was put on hold for 30 minutes each time. I still have not managed to speak with a representitive. I have photos and videos from the day we received the car and from when we dropped off the car and here was no new damage done to the car. In fact I am busy making a legal claim against the company. This is not the best way to end your holidays. Be very carefull of Kaizen Rent and do not let them spoil your vacation.

Obsługa KaizenRent godna polecenia, samochód też się sprawdził niestety jedyny zarzut jest taki że Pani z firmy RentCars przez telefon oferuje samochody, których firma KaizenRent nie ma w ofercie..
