There was a little confusion at the beginning of the rental to where I was to get the car. I was told at the office and they were told at the hotel. Once that was fixed everything was smooth. Upon returning my wife left her Kindle in the car. They called me to let me know that they found it and delivered it to us. We tried to tip the gentleman and he refused. It was a great experience.
