Car was clean when received. Person arrived with car on time. Great communication with company.

The car itself was great, the price was good and the lady who served me was professional. However, the process of hiring a car seat is absolutely terrible! This isn't a nice to have feature, it's an absolute must for a family! If you request one, you must have one. To be told on two occasions that there isn't one available, is appalling. This must be reviewed urgently as it simply isn't good enough. Families need to have a car seat. And you can't say well in the terms and conditions it says they're not guaranteed! Who read them?! It needs to be clear in the booking at least

Rezerwacja szybka , obsługa bardzo profesjonalna (lotnisko Balice Kraków) .

Wszystko super, ale pomimo rezerwacji hybrydy, takiej nie dostalam i pan ktory podstawil samochod tylko wzruszyl ramionami.

Wszystko OK , tak samo bardzo dobrze jak w poprzednich dwóch wypożyczeniach . Nadal będę korzystał z Waszych wypożyczalni .

We were really pleased with carnet @ Krakow! Staff were really friendly and we received an excellent upgrade with a lovely Mercedes GLE that was brand new we were the first ones to use it. Deposit was returned within a couple hours of us returning with no issues. Will definitely book again!
