As always, when I come to pick up the car nobody is in the office:( So i need to call for someone to come, wait on the street for the person to arrive, and wait some more for this person to open the office, to start pc, find keys and etc.
The car I was give was not petrol, but diesel! And I was the first one to point it out, let alone notified by someone about it in advance. When I asked why is that, they said they don't guarantee that.. The advertisement however states the exact model is not guaranteed. but car class and fuel is! There was a similar petrol car in the parking lot. However, I was told no petrol alternatives are available. And this may be true, but I really want to know about it in advance, and not to point it myself on the spot and take what I didn't order or cancel my trip fully.
It was not disgustingly dirty, but also it was not clean either. There was some paper trash in a cup-holder, and there were crumbs on the backseat, which to me re not crucial, but really show negligence!
Overall it was subpart experience:(

Brak podstawienia na czas spóźnienie 2 godzinę mężczyzna który dawał nam samochód zachował się nie profesjonalnie również w późniejszym etapie więc to raczej ostatni raz kiedy od was został wypożyczony samochód

Wszystko sprawnie . Łatwy kontakt . Samochód sprawił się świetnie nawet w trudnych warunkach Skandynawskich . Szczerze polecam .
