Obsługa była profesjonalna, uprzejma i sprawna, a formalności szybko zorganizowaliśmy. Samochód czysty, zadbany ale mogło by być tańsze dodatkowe ubezpieczenie. Generalnie polecam

To nie mój pierwszy wynajem w tej firmie, auto otrzymałem czyste, i prawie nowe oraz nie miało żadnych uszkodzeń. Kierowca wydający auto był sympatyczny i pomocny - cały czas mieliśmy z nim kontakt. Jedyny minus to brak biura na lotnisku ale łatwo się znaleźliśmy. Przy zwrocie nie miałem problemów, poprosiłem tylko o odblokowanie kaucji abym nie musiał czekać 14 dni.

As always, when I come to pick up the car nobody is in the office:( So i need to call for someone to come, wait on the street for the person to arrive, and wait some more for this person to open the office, to start pc, find keys and etc. The car I was give was not petrol, but diesel! And I was the first one to point it out, let alone notified by someone about it in advance. When I asked why is that, they said they don't guarantee that.. The advertisement however states the exact model is not guaranteed. but car class and fuel is! There was a similar petrol car in the parking lot. However, I was told no petrol alternatives are available. And this may be true, but I really want to know about it in advance, and not to point it myself on the spot and take what I didn't order or cancel my trip fully. It was not disgustingly dirty, but also it was not clean either. There was some paper trash in a cup-holder, and there were crumbs on the backseat, which to me re not crucial, but really show negligence! Overall it was subpart experience:(
