I have rented vehicles from rentcars.pl several times over the past three years. Every time I rented from your agency I was very pleased with the experience and good vehicles provided to me during my time in Poland. This time I must say I was very unsatisfied. The Skoda Rapid that was provided to me for my reservation was less than acceptable. It had over 70,000 km, scratches, dents, and all the seats are stained in the car which is disgusting. First day driving the car, it was really loud and would shake on the interstate. Two days after I had the vehicle I started getting a noise from the left front wheel. I called your agency and they wanted to bring me a Peugeot 301 as a replacement. When I asked about the condition of the car they said it has over a 100,000 km and probably in worst condition than what I have currently. They explained that since they have so many reservations over the summer time, the cars don't get serviced until the travel season slows down. I was shocked that a representative is telling me that your profit is more important than ensuring that you are providing customers with safe vehicles that are inspected on a regular basis. I decided to keep the current vehicle because I didn't want to spend my whole time in Poland constantly wasting time switching cars for other questionable vehicles. Especially, since they made it seem like I am swapping out for another uncertain vehicle. Unfortunately, I will not be renting a vehicle from your company in the future. This time I spent over $1500 PLN for a 13 day rental vehicle that was over exploited and should have been retired from the fleet several thousand kilometers ago. I am disappointed with the product your company provided me, especially since every other time was such a pleasant experience that I didn't even shop your competition to see if anyone had a better offer.

Ogolnie rzecz biorąc wszystko ok, ale rezerwując samochód 2 miesiące wcześniej powinienem otrzymać samochód taki jaki chciałem, bo ta Skoda to porażka, słychać po dźwięku silnika że długo nie pojezdzi A samochód ma 2 lata, Klienci naprawdę nie dbają o te auta. Jestem klientem już około 3 lata i jestem bardzo zadowolony, oby tak dalej. Pozdrawiam

Obsługa klienta bardzo dobra ,samochód był podstawiony o czasie ,warunki wynajmu bardzo dobre,samochód był w dobrych stanie,pełny komfort.Polecam ta firmę .w następnym roku także skorzystam z tej firmy .Bardzo dziękuje !

Lepszy serwis jest po prostu niemozliwy. Odbior samochodu szybki i sprawny (mimo iz przylecielismy w nocy), jakosc samochodu wspaniala - bardzo czysty, praktycznie nowy! zdanie samochodu rowniez bezproblemowe, z dowozem na lotnisko! Dziekujemy bardzo i do zobaczenia nastepnym razem!

Wszystko zrealizowane na czas .Samochód mógł by być w bogatszej wersji ale i tak jestem bardzo zadowolony .W przyszłości skorzystam z przyjemnością z waszej wypożyczalni.Polecam każdemu gdyż warto.Dziękuję i pozdrawiam.
