A little confusion regarding child car seats, we ordered 2 as we have twins and the online booking forms did not ask the age of our girls and so we got one for an infant and one for an older child. Apart from that the service was excellent

Dziekuję za wypożyczenie samochodu. Bardzo dobrze jeśli chodzi o obsługę, punktualność i jakość. Dobrze jesli chodzi o średnią cenę praktykowaną w Polsce za tego typu przysługe.
Jestem jednak bardzo zadowolona ze skorzystania z Państwa usług.

No cóż pan się spóźnił jakieś 35 minut ale na szczęście mnie uprzedził o tym musiałam zapłacić za parking hhhh niby nie dużo ale w innych firmach nie musiałam o tym myśleć. Plusem było to ze oddałam auto brudne z zewnątrz i niebo problemu. Bąk nie był w pełni zatankowany wyjechałam za bramki i juz ubyło jedna kreska. To takie małe rzeczy ale jeśli będziecie na to zwracać uwagę będzie mieć dużo więcej klientów.

I have never seen in my life that I have to wash outside of the car before returning it. Of course I did it, but regarding weather conditions while I reached an airport the car was dirty again and I had to pay extra £50 penalty because car was dirty. Will not use your company anymore and will not recommend to anyone at all.
