The car must come at 11:00 was at 12:00 , the car was delivered dirty, no seat for the child, we must drive to Katowice to take the seat, lost 1 hr , lost 30 min in the parking untill we make the papers and we discovered that the child seat was missing. Smelling cigarettes inside. When we bring the car back, to the aeroport they was written to us that we must park to P2 parking , the rent was to bring back to the Terminal A , Katowice aeroport, not parking spot!. I lost more then 30 min , searching for them parking then walking with the child to the Aeroport. I dont recommend this company!

Jestem bardzo zadowolona z wynalmu samochodu, musze dodac ze mialam calkowite pokrycie wynajecia. Juz w tym roku korzstalam 4 tazy z tej firmy i zawsze bylo wszystko na 100 Prozent.
