Jedyny zarzut to to, że zamiast Skody Citygo dostałem Fiata Panda. Nie lubie poprostu tego samochodu. Musiałem przedłużyć okres wynajmu o kolejny tydzień. Pan z Pro Rent po mojej prośbie o wymianę samochodu na inny był bardzo pomocny i bez najmniejszych problemów wymienił samochód na inny na drugi tydzień wynajmu. Firma warta polecenie.

I am fully satisfied with the service. I will use them directly for the next rental. Only deposit has not been unblocked after 3 days.

I have never seen in my life that I have to wash outside of the car before returning it. Of course I did it, but regarding weather conditions while I reached an airport the car was dirty again and I had to pay extra £50 penalty because car was dirty. Will not use your company anymore and will not recommend to anyone at all.
