Otrzymaliśmy Citroen C3, pan z obsługi powiedział, że zupełnie nowy i rzeczywiście jechało się mega przyjemnie. Z samą obsługą też nie było żadnego problemu, nawet kiedy dzwoniłem po 22 z prośbą o wjazd na parking. Bardzo polecam

Definitely will recommend.... employee that got to the airport to great us and deliver the car was extremely pleasent, helpfull, professional...forgot his name but he wore a cap :) ... We had a situation where we had to bring back the car a little bit earlier then agreed but the rental company was were understanding and handled the situation in no time... Thank you for that...sure hope to have the chance to visit beautiful Poland again driving in one of your cars... Best regards from Croatia

This company was a pleasure to deal with compared to every rental car company we'd dealt with before; transparent and honest. The staff was very accommodating and pleasant to deal with, gracefully adapting to our slightly difficult situation. We were happy with our car. Overall, a good value for our money.

Pan obsługujący wypożyczalnię na al Jerozolimskich 134 w Warszawie mógłby przejść jakieś szkolenie z obsługi klienta czy chociażby komunikacji, użycie słów proszę, dziękuję... Po spóźnieniu, nie przeprosił, nie przywitał się oraz wygenerował z siebie minimalne komunikaty, po kolejnych pytaniach. Nie udzielił odpowiedzi, gdzie znajduje się najbliższa stacja benzynowa, poza informacją, że są jakieś w pobliżu. Podczas oddania samochodu, też zero informacji, czy akceptuje samochód w takim stanie, czy ma jakieś uwagi. Sama zapytałam czy to już wszystko. Jak dla mnie to dziwne zachowanie, jeśli wynika z choroby, to wypożyczalnia mogła uprzedzić w mailu, że kontakt z pracownikiem jest utrudniony, zrozumiem. Poza tym samochód ok i dobra cena, szczególnie za oddanie brudnego samochodu - 29 zł.

Overall, the experience was really great. The only small comments I have is that upon arrival at the airport it was not really clear which office we had to approach, as on my papers it said: rentcars, but there is no sign for this. I eventually went through my emails, finding an email from Carnet and so we figured out where we had to go. This could be made clearer for next renters. At the drop off in Krakow, it was also not clear which gate we had to enter. The address given was the gate next door; but we did see a sign of car net in the other parking place. In the end it all worked out but this could have been a bit clearer too.

Booking was easy, place was not easy to found. The car was good, returning inspection was perfect.
