This company is excellent at customer service. My car booking got cancelled last min as they didnt receive the car from another customer but they arranged same car from another company within 20 mins. I had to pay little extra due to this but the car was very good and entire process was smooth. I will use them again when in Poland. Great service and nice cars. Carei is very good rental company with lean operation using mobile App.

Very very poor service. I don't recommend anyone renting cars from Carei especially if you are a foreigner or you don't live in Poland. Their services are very very poor. They gave me a dirty car with an almost empty tank and asked me to return it in the same condition. And when i did, they withhold my deposit saying they have charged me for returning the car exactly the same condition i was given. PLEASE AVOID CAREI IF YOU DON'T LIVE IN POLAND OR YOU ARE A FOREIGNER. THEIR SERVICES ARE POOR AND WILL TREAT YOU BADLY. PLEASE BE WARNED Bardzo, bardzo słaba obsługa. Nie polecam nikomu wypożyczania samochodów w Carei, zwłaszcza jeśli jesteś obcokrajowcem lub nie mieszkasz w Polsce. Ich usługi są bardzo, bardzo słabe. Dostałem brudny samochód z prawie pustym bakiem i kazali mi go zwrócić w takim samym stanie. A kiedy to zrobiłem, zatrzymali mój depozyt, twierdząc, że naliczyli mi opłatę za zwrot samochodu w dokładnie takim samym stanie, w jakim go dostałem. PROSZĘ OMIJAĆ CARI I, JEŚLI NIE MIESZKASZ W POLSCE LUB JESTEŚ OBCOKRAJOWCEM. ICH USŁUGI SĄ SŁABE I BĘDĄ CIĘ ŹLE TRAKTOWAĆ. PROSZĘ PAMIĘTAĆ
