Zamówiłem focusa dostałem Golfa Combi. Auto nie wyczyszczone przed wydaniem. Samochód porysowany, siedzenia poplamione. Kilka razy korzystałem z serwisu Rentcars i kiedyś było lepiej. Obsługa na lotnisku za to na 5+
