Would not recommend to anyone to chose this specific car rental 'GO Rental', had a booking in Kraków for the 26th of May after midnight and the customer service representative assured that the car will be at the airport for the time needed. Apparently never showed up or answered the call on the phone provided. Very disappointed and frustrated as we had to travel to Zakopane. This is unacceptable and such car rental providers shouldn't be allowed to offer such service. Keep in mind people if u rent through the page RentCars.pl, make sure the car is showing that belong to the same company not a 3rd party company, you may be in the same situation.
