It was my first time renting a car from Pakorent.pl and everything was too fast and smooth. The paperwork stuff took only 2 mins and everything was set too fast. The car was pretty clean, although i had no chance to get the same car i booked, i received a similar one in same segment. The staff vas very helpful and polite to me. Their office is not located inside the airport but ita very close to the airport (about 1km) and they have a shuttle service in every 10 mins. I definetely suggest pakorent everyone.

Ogólnie wszystko dobrze podczas odbioru auta, samochód w bardzo dobrym stanie. Wynajem na niecałą dobę.
Negatywna niespodzianka po zdaniu auta, pobrano kaucje za czyszczenie samochodu. Auto oddane czyste w środku a karoseria w takim samym stanie jak przy odbiorze.

There was a problem with the car while I was using your company car.
So I want compensation.
1st. you guys gave me a car other than the one I reserved.
I reserved KIA Sportage but you gave a PUGEOT 3008
2nd. You have provided a car that hasn't been charged with Adblue.
Please find attachment image file. This is the picture I took when I rented it.
At the time, the staff told me to ignore the warning light.
But The car stopped during my trip, there was a problem with my itinerary.
Fortunately, PUGEOT assistance solved this problem. I filled your car with insufficient Adblue, which caused an additional cost.
So I'm asking for compensation for my time and lump sum costs incurred in the above problems.
Please answer the compensation method by my email.

Obsługa klienta wporzadku, jednak auto które dostałem ( rezerwowałem seat leon) a dostałem fiata Tipo, auto stare pobijane, już nie mówiąc o tym że na dwupasmowej drodze ciężko bylo tira wyprzedzić - 0 przyspieszenie.
Jak wogule można to auto porównać do seata Leona ?
Pierwszy i ostatni raz wypożyczyłem auto w tej wypożyczalni.

Uzywam rentcars.pl juz pare lat, wracam do nich, i bede wracal. Tak trzymac.
