Samochód mimo, że dwumiesięczny to już z przerysowanym bokiem. Zamiast Qashqaia była Skoda Kodiaq z silni(cz)kiem 1.5. Przy wypożyczeniu poinformowano mnie o miejscu zwrotu które okazało się zamknięte. Informacji o nowym parkingu nie dostałem. Nowy (odkryty) parking to 5-10 minut pieszo od hali odlotów na Okęciu.

The car itself was great, the price was good and the lady who served me was professional. However, the process of hiring a car seat is absolutely terrible! This isn't a nice to have feature, it's an absolute must for a family! If you request one, you must have one. To be told on two occasions that there isn't one available, is appalling. This must be reviewed urgently as it simply isn't good enough. Families need to have a car seat. And you can't say well in the terms and conditions it says they're not guaranteed! Who read them?! It needs to be clear in the booking at least

Wszystko sprawnie, szybko i bezproblemowo :) Jedyny malenki minusik to ze zamowilem auto z manualna skrzynia biegow a dostalem automat. Ale to mi nie przeszkadzalo i nie bylo problemem dla mnie :)

This review is about Car Net only. The car itself was fine but the experience we had with the car seat was absolutely horrendous. We were given three different car seats, all of which had faults and were not fit for purpose. We had to wait over four hours before a part was taken of one car seat and attached to another. I was not happy with this at all but by this point we had run out of options. I asked for the guy at the branch to raise this as an issue and he didn't. Then when I complained via email we received a very generic response. They did not take this seriously at all. If you are hiring a car with a child seat avoid this company at all costs!
