The car was delivered 7 hours later compared to what was agreed although I got a decent discount for the delay. Return is easy as GO rental cars has a parking and a key box at the Krakow airport, I wish I was told about this possibility earier.
The car itself was great with all the extras we ordered.

Scheduled pickup time was 9:00am, the rental was not ready, 1:30pm before we were finally on our way.
Scheduled drop off 12:00pm again they were late to the pickup point at the airport, 12:15pm.
