Nobody told us at the time of the reservation or at the car pick up, that we would need to pay extra if the car is not 100% clean inside and out, not professional at all. We were with all our luggage and small child at the car drop off and needed to pay extra, as we could clean the car anymore. Not a good service at all.

Ogolem pierwszy raz wynajmowałem auto i jestem zadowolony. Przedłużyłem czas wynajmu bezproblemowo. Dobra komunikacja z firmą. Zapewne wynajme raz kolejny jeśli będzie taka potrzeba.
Firma godna polecenia.

Wszystko super, Pani Marzena bardzo miła, dało się wszystko dogadać. Pan Krzysztof również zawsze pod telefonem w przypadku pytań. Na pewno w przyszłości skorzystam jeszcze raz.

Car was good enough for value of paid money.
Services was ok but waiting time for planed collection was extend to nearly 1 hour. Person who was passing keys wasn't trained well. She didn't know what to do in unexpected circumstances.
