Ocena samochodu przez firme Quanta twierdzila ze nie ma uszkodzen i samochod jest czysty co bylo dalekie od prawdy. Kontrolka zmiany oleju sie swiecila a samochod mial okresy kiedy sie caly trzasl, plus przednia szybe miala odprysk. Na szczescie firma przyjela samochod bez obciazania mnie za wystepujace usterki. Mimo kontaktu umowa nigdy nie byla aktualizowana.

The car itself was great, the price was good and the lady who served me was professional. However, the process of hiring a car seat is absolutely terrible! This isn't a nice to have feature, it's an absolute must for a family! If you request one, you must have one. To be told on two occasions that there isn't one available, is appalling. This must be reviewed urgently as it simply isn't good enough. Families need to have a car seat. And you can't say well in the terms and conditions it says they're not guaranteed! Who read them?! It needs to be clear in the booking at least

Profesjonalny servis Obsługa bardzo miła Zwrot pojazdu przebiegał bardzo sprawnie tzn nim zaparkowałem to przedstawiciel był już koło auta Zdanie pojazdu odbyło się na parkingu bez marnowania czasu w biurze (to podobało mi się)Auto było czyste Dostałem to co chciałem Prawie nowe Polecam bardzo wasz servis z którego napewno już niebawem skorzystam jeszcze raz

Bardzo bylismy zadowoleni z wypożyczonego samochodu. Jedyny minus to ze biuro było zamknięte i trzeba było dzwonić i czekać aż ktoś przyjdzie. Trochę nie wygodne to było po długiej podróży z dziećmi.

W całości wszystko jest dobrze ( szkoda że kaucje muszę czekać z powrotem do dwóch tygodni)

Car was good. Clean and new. I'm not happy with the way people work. They didnt send me the documents until I asked. They ask you to provide your card details, even CVV, in order to get your deposit back. It is very strange.
