Previously, I rented a car from them in Poland in Wroclaw, everything was ok. Now I have booked in Warsaw with a trip abroad. I corresponded with them in English. The day before the reservation they called me to confirm, I also spoke English, everything was ok. I came to pick up the car, but they told me that they wouldnt give it to me because we are not citizens of Poland and we cant travel abroad by car. We have paid for the reservations, no one will return the money for the accommodation.

It was an amazing experience with Rent a Car company. Car was in excellent condition and i had no problem at all. They also delivered the car at my address and they were very helpful too. I highly recommend this car rental company. I'll take it again once I'll visit Poland.
