Dear Sir, we understand that extra charge is not something that you like but cleanliness was not the main and only reason. You were charged because of: 1. returning the car with an unfilled fuel tank compared to the condition in which the car was rented. According to the regulation is should be costs of the fuel + administration fee 2. delay in return of more than 1.5 hours which should be charged as 1 additional day and was not due to the good will of our employee 3. returning a dirty car which should be charged as much as your whole deposit and was not due to the good will of our employee The amount that you were charged is still much below what is provided for in the regulations.
