I had to wait 40 minutes fot the car (after my appointment time). Car itself was brand new and just what I ordered. If not of the customer service on the ground (very rude) the experience would be great.

Punktualność brak. Dwukrotna zmiana godziny odbioru auta a i ze zwrotem pojazdu tez był problem. Sama rezerwacja auta przebiegła szybko.
