As always, when I come to pick up the car nobody is in the office:( So i need to call for someone to come, wait on the street for the person to arrive, and wait some more for this person to open the office, to start pc, find keys and etc. The car I was give was not petrol, but diesel! And I was the first one to point it out, let alone notified by someone about it in advance. When I asked why is that, they said they don't guarantee that.. The advertisement however states the exact model is not guaranteed. but car class and fuel is! There was a similar petrol car in the parking lot. However, I was told no petrol alternatives are available. And this may be true, but I really want to know about it in advance, and not to point it myself on the spot and take what I didn't order or cancel my trip fully. It was not disgustingly dirty, but also it was not clean either. There was some paper trash in a cup-holder, and there were crumbs on the backseat, which to me re not crucial, but really show negligence! Overall it was subpart experience:(

Polecam z czystym sumieniem

The car itself was great, the price was good and the lady who served me was professional. However, the process of hiring a car seat is absolutely terrible! This isn't a nice to have feature, it's an absolute must for a family! If you request one, you must have one. To be told on two occasions that there isn't one available, is appalling. This must be reviewed urgently as it simply isn't good enough. Families need to have a car seat. And you can't say well in the terms and conditions it says they're not guaranteed! Who read them?! It needs to be clear in the booking at least

Wszystko przebiegło szybko i pomyślnie. Pani Aleksandra, jest bardzo przemiła kobieta, zawsze można na nią liczyć, i zawsze jest do dyspozycji w razie jakich kolwiek pytań. Autko punktualnie wraz z panią Aleksandrą, czekało na nas na miejscu z którego chcieliśmy je odebrać w Kłodzku. Z całego serca, i czystym sumieniem polecamy wypożyczalnie, z obsługą pani Aleksandry Pelesz. Napewno w przyszłości wrócimy i skorzystamy z usług tej wypożyczalni.
