The car was delivered 7 hours later compared to what was agreed although I got a decent discount for the delay. Return is easy as GO rental cars has a parking and a key box at the Krakow airport, I wish I was told about this possibility earier. The car itself was great with all the extras we ordered.

Wszystko super,jak za zawsze .tylko jedno mnie zastanawia dlaczego przy odbioze samochodu auto nie jest zatankowane do palna ,jak powinno byc ,przeprasaam bylo kiedys .ja niestety drugi raz z rzedu mialem nie zatankowane .czxy tak teraz bedzie caly czas ,czy moze maly wypade przy przy pracy .dziekuje pozdrawiam . Rezerwacja auta przebiegła bez problemu. Auto czyste posprzątane, także technicznie bez zastrzeżeń. Polecam 100%

Jestem bardzo zadowolona z procesu rezerwacji samochodu. Wszystko przebiegło szybko i bezproblemowo. Samochód był w doskonałym stanie, a obsługa klienta była pomocna i profesjonalna. Zdecydowanie polecam!

Szybko i profesjonalnie

It was my first time renting a car from Pakorent.pl and everything was too fast and smooth. The paperwork stuff took only 2 mins and everything was set too fast. The car was pretty clean, although i had no chance to get the same car i booked, i received a similar one in same segment. The staff vas very helpful and polite to me. Their office is not located inside the airport but ita very close to the airport (about 1km) and they have a shuttle service in every 10 mins. I definetely suggest pakorent everyone.
