Stosunkowo sprawnie. Bez uwag co do jakości pojazdu. Przy odbiorze mała chwila oczekiwania nie wpływająca na całokształt. Zwrot szybki i sprawny. Ciągle czekam na kaucję ale mam nadzieję na zwrot w ciągu tygodnia. Ogólnie wrażenie pozytywne

Obsługa na lotnisku w Gdańsku bardzo miła i fachowa. Super młodzi pozytywni, uprzejmi ludzie. Auto dostaliśmy inne (Kia xceed -car net), myślę że nawet w wyższym standarcie, bardzo przestrzenne, wygodne, czyste i super się prowadziło. Dziękujemy

Bardzo uprzejma i pomocna obsługa w wypożyczalni. Trochę drogo.

This review is about Car Net only. The car itself was fine but the experience we had with the car seat was absolutely horrendous. We were given three different car seats, all of which had faults and were not fit for purpose. We had to wait over four hours before a part was taken of one car seat and attached to another. I was not happy with this at all but by this point we had run out of options. I asked for the guy at the branch to raise this as an issue and he didn't. Then when I complained via email we received a very generic response. They did not take this seriously at all. If you are hiring a car with a child seat avoid this company at all costs!
