Przejechałem 70 km i użytkowałem auto zaledwie klika godzin. Dodatkowe Obciążenie za mycie i doczyszczanie pojazdy to granda i naciąganie. Mam nadzieje ze złożona w tym temacie reklamacja będzie rozpatrzona pozytywnie.

Overall, the experience was really great. The only small comments I have is that upon arrival at the airport it was not really clear which office we had to approach, as on my papers it said: rentcars, but there is no sign for this. I eventually went through my emails, finding an email from Carnet and so we figured out where we had to go. This could be made clearer for next renters. At the drop off in Krakow, it was also not clear which gate we had to enter. The address given was the gate next door; but we did see a sign of car net in the other parking place. In the end it all worked out but this could have been a bit clearer too.

Booking was easy, place was not easy to found. The car was good, returning inspection was perfect.
