We were really pleased with carnet @ Krakow! Staff were really friendly and we received an excellent upgrade with a lovely Mercedes GLE that was brand new we were the first ones to use it. Deposit was returned within a couple hours of us returning with no issues. Will definitely book again!

Obsługa bardzo miła, pomagala jak była jakiś problem! Nie za bardzo szło klimatyzację ustawić raz było zimno raz ciepło!
