There is no branch in Zakopane where we should pick up the car. We have arrived at the agreed time at the address as given on the website, no company, nobody even heard about this company. After several phone calls, we have been called, TWO HOURS LATER!!!!!!. There was a car for us, at another rental company. We have picked up a car, which was more expensive. Rentcars promised to pay the difference between the booked car and the another car, they even confirmed this by e-mail. After three weeks, still no payment received.
They do not answer my e-mails anymore.
Conclusion: Do not book a car here!! NOT RELIABLE.

Autko podstawiane w super expresowym tempie. Od zamówienia do odebrania w 2h. Auto czyste i zadbane. Mogło być ciut tańsze ale wypożyczałem na krótki okres bo tylko 5 dni. Odbiór w umówionym miejscu dogodnym jak i dla mnie także i dla wypożyczającego. Jeżeli ktoś dba o samochód wypożyczany jak o swój a nawet i lepiej to odbiór jest tylko formalnością. Gorąco polecam.
