Friendly & helpful staff, always available to answer our calls. It was very convenient for us to pick up and drop off the car at the airport, however maybe the drop off process could be improved to make it less stressful and more efficient. With other rentals we just parked and dropped the key at the advised location.
The car was definately great value for money and we enjoyed driving it.

Professional service, very good and new car for good price. They are very flexible with last minute pickup and return timings and locations adjustments. They basically agreed to provide the car and later collect from the places and timing most convenient for me. Will certainly continue renting from them.

Zarezerwował Pan Jeep Renegade LUB PODOBNY w klasie mały SUV/Crossover. I z takiej klasy samochód Pan otrzymał - Dacia Sandero STEPWAY. Otrzymał Pan samochód fabrycznie NOWY jako pierwszy klient. Także wymiarami Stepway i Renegade są praktycznie identyczne (Stepway ma większy rozstaw osi i bagażnik). Reasumując - otrzymał Pan samochód zgodny z zamówieniem i proszę nie wprowadzać klientów naszych i Rentcars w błąd. Zespół ECJrent. ECJ Rent2023-01-12
