Jedyny mankament wypożyczenia to, ze umowa powinna być dostarczona w formie pisemnej, a nie elektronicznej. Osoby starsze (po 65 r.ż.) maja problem z odtworzeniem tej umowy na miejscu.

Staff was very good, attentive, answered all questions, replied multiple times while we were away. They deliver the car to us and the whole process was very easy and quick. Great job. Thank you.

Car was okay but service was poor. Pickup at Krakow airport took 30 minutes and we had to walk far to get the car. SUV seats were very uncomfortable. We were also charged extra for crossing the border without clear info. Poor value, we will not rent here again.
