All good friendly staff, car was ok, could be handed over with full tank so it can be returned with full tank. Also client should not be responsible for cleaning car at its return as. Rental company should do that as things like that are pretty standard for other companies. Also office could be marked with sign so it's easier to locate it. Overall experience was 4 out of 5

There was a little confusion at the beginning of the rental to where I was to get the car. I was told at the office and they were told at the hotel. Once that was fixed everything was smooth. Upon returning my wife left her Kindle in the car. They called me to let me know that they found it and delivered it to us. We tried to tip the gentleman and he refused. It was a great experience.
