I've received a vehicle with a lower than the minimum engine oil level. After a few days, the vehicle started giving me 'low engine oil level' warnings. I couldn't continue to drive in such vehicle conditions. I should've bought the engine oil suitable for the Skoda engine. The 1L engine oil was 49.50 euro. I've tried to resolve this issue with the customer service assistance and get the the refund for the engine oil purchase. It was not helpful. I was told to contact to the Go Rental Cars company. They never respond. If want to rent the car be aware that you will not get any support from the Rentcars.pl in case of any issue

Wszystko sprawnie, szybko i bezproblemowo :) Jedyny malenki minusik to ze zamowilem auto z manualna skrzynia biegow a dostalem automat. Ale to mi nie przeszkadzalo i nie bylo problemem dla mnie :)
