Car was good. Clean and new.
I'm not happy with the way people work. They didnt send me the documents until I asked. They ask you to provide your card details, even CVV, in order to get your deposit back. It is very strange.

Previously, I rented a car from them in Poland in Wroclaw, everything was ok. Now I have booked in Warsaw with a trip abroad. I corresponded with them in English. The day before the reservation they called me to confirm, I also spoke English, everything was ok. I came to pick up the car, but they told me that they wouldnt give it to me because we are not citizens of Poland and we cant travel abroad by car. We have paid for the reservations, no one will return the money for the accommodation.

Obsluga OK, ale pierw akumulator praktycznie rozladowany juz w ten samdzien wypozyczenia musialem dopompowac opony i przy moim duzym doswiadczeniu jako kierowca tj.32 lata wyczulem nieprzyjemny zapach palacego sie sprzegla . Nie takie cos za takie pieniadze . Na koniec zarezerwowalem opla corse dostalem jakas kia nie nie .

Obsluga klienta jest po prostu na wysokim poziomie, Pan Rafał i jego brat Marcin są bardzo uprzejmi, pomocni, wszystko jasno wytłumaczą. Samochód super.
Nie widziałam lepszej usługi klienta na świecie.

Wszystko przebiegło super. Samolot opóźnił się 7 godzin mimo to Pan na lotnisku czekał na nas do 3 nad ranem .Super obsługa , samochód nowy, naprawdę polecam

Jestem bardzo zadowolony, zwłaszcza z profesjonalnej obsługi i życzliwości Pana Marcina. Samochód w świetnym stanie, czysty, jak najbardziej zgodny z oczekiwaniami. Polecam z czystym sumieniem i dziękuję serdecznie.
